Terms of Use
Last updated: September 2026
These terms apply to the cross-border network acceleration subscription services provided by VPNZL. By visiting this site, creating an account, activating a subscription, or continuing to use the service, you confirm that you have read and agree to follow these terms. If you disagree with any part of them, stop using the relevant services.
Service Scope
VPNZL provides international route connections, subscription delivery, and related account features for Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. Resources cover 120+ countries / 190+ routes. The regions, route types, and protocols available in practice may change with network maintenance, resource allocation, and third-party infrastructure conditions.
The service is intended to improve cross-border access and connections to international websites. It does not promise that every website, application, or piece of content will remain available in every region, on every device, or across every network environment. Users are responsible for confirming the target service's conditions of use, regional rules, and account requirements. Route descriptions, tutorials, and diagnostic information on this site help with selection and troubleshooting; they are not separate guarantees of a specific connection result.
Account and Subscription Use
No email address is required to register; users can create an account with a username and password. Users must protect their login credentials, subscription information, and device configurations, and are responsible for activity under their accounts. If credentials are exposed or there is an unusual login or unauthorized subscription use, change the password promptly and stop distributing the relevant information.
An active subscription supports unlimited simultaneous devices, but is intended only for the account holder's reasonable personal or household use. Do not resell or rent subscriptions, publish subscription information, or share accounts or connection credentials with unspecified third parties. Using automated methods to distribute connection resources in bulk, resell accounts, or avoid the normal subscription process is outside the permitted scope.
Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date; when upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated based on the remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and never expire. Choose the relevant subscription after confirming the plan details and your own needs.
Compliance Requirements
Users must follow the laws and regulations where they are located, as well as the service rules of the websites and applications they access. VPNZL must not be used for unlawful activity or to infringe another person's intellectual property, privacy, data rights, or other lawful interests. Using the service for fraud, malicious attacks, unauthorized system access, malware distribution, bulk transmission of disruptive messages, or other conduct that threatens network or information security is prohibited.
Users are responsible for content transmitted, accessed, or processed through their accounts. Upon receiving a valid notice of unlawful conduct, a regulatory request, or a compliance request from an infrastructure provider, VPNZL may lawfully investigate, restrict relevant connections, or preserve necessary records. Such actions are taken only to fulfill applicable legal duties and protect service security.
Availability and Liability
Connection performance may be affected by the user's local network, device performance, operating system settings, target service policies, international link congestion, scheduled maintenance, and unexpected failures. VPNZL will maintain the service within a reasonable scope, but does not guarantee uninterrupted connections or consistent performance from every route at all times.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, VPNZL is not responsible beyond the subscription service already provided for interruptions, data loss, or other indirect losses caused by user device failures, incorrect configurations, mishandled credentials, changes to third-party services, public network issues, or events beyond reasonable control. Users should keep important materials backed up and preserve a recoverable configuration before changing network settings.
Restrictions and Termination
If an account is used to resell subscriptions, publicly share credentials, disrupt route operations, interfere with other users' access, engage in unlawful activity, or seriously violate these terms, VPNZL may restrict connections, suspend the account, or terminate the service according to the level of risk. To avoid misjudgment, VPNZL may ask the user to explain the circumstances through an account support ticket when necessary.
Users may stop using the service and may retain or delete subscription configurations in their local clients. Account restrictions or termination do not affect lawful obligations incurred before termination, nor do they affect provisions that should remain effective by their nature, including compliance, liability limitations, and dispute handling.
Refunds and Term Changes
A full refund may be requested within 60 days of the first payment without giving a reason. After the refund is completed, the corresponding subscription benefits will no longer be available. Where mandatory consumer protection rules apply, those applicable rules will govern.
VPNZL may update these terms when required by service features, operational arrangements, legal requirements, or risk controls. The updated text will be published on this page, and the last-updated date at the top will be changed accordingly. Material changes to user rights or obligations may be announced on the site or through the user panel. Continued use of the service after an update means that the user accepts the revised content.
